False or misleading information may suspend or cancel your Moneyback Token account, might legal action will be taken in the act of fraud and legal fee and business loss expenses claim will be applied.

We recommend our business partners to approved claims asap, but due to secure claim procedure we offer up to 20 working days to get approved, however it may take longer at certain reasons.
